Georgia Hardstark Early Life
Born in Irvine, California, Hardstark lived with her mother growing up. During her early teenage years, she struggled with eating disorder and meth addiction. After spending time in rehabilitation centre, which didn’t work out for her she decided to work on it herself and came out stronger by battling her addiction. Hardstark has always been quite open about her past struggles. In 1998, she graduated from high school and moved to Los Angeles. She started community college but after she discovered blogging she dropped out and became passionate about pursuing a career in entertainment industry.

Hardstark started a blogging website called ‘This Recording’ and she along with her friend Alie Ward created a drink called The McNuggetini. She posted the video on how to make the cocktail on her blog. The video became a hit on YouTube. They pair was approached by a Cooking Channel and the two started making instructional cocktail videos online. Hardstark and Alie Ward became quite the pair and started appearing on various shows including Drinks with Alie and Georgia, Unique Sweets, and Classy Ladies with Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark. Apart from cooking shows the two also appeared on travelling shows together. The shows were titled ‘Tripping out with Alie and Georgia’ and ‘Food’s Greatest Hit’. The pair also co-hosted a podcast called ‘Slumber Party with Alie & Georgia’. The podcast was published through Feral Audio. After that the pair ended their collaboration and didn’t publically acknowledge the fact that the two had stopped working together.
