Rayssa Leal Early Life
Through the use of viral videos, Leal gained attention in a way that only the most recent generation can truly comprehend. Leal became well-known online at the age of seven when a brief video of him performing a heelflip while dressed as a fairy princess and wearing a brilliant blue tutu went viral on social media.

She won the Street League Skateboarding Championship in Los Angeles in July 2019, taking first place and topping the podium ahead of Pamela Rosa and Alana Smith. She placed fourth for her maiden X Games debut in 2019, as well.

She became an immediate fame, earning 5.8 million new Instagram followers, and was the youngest Olympic medallist in 85 years at the time of her medal ceremony, when she was 13 years and 203 days old.
