T.J. Dillashaw Early Life and Wrestling Career
Dillashaw was born on 7 February 1986 to Hal and Janice Dillashaw in Sonora, California, and in Angels Camp, California, he was raised. Dillashaw was a four-time sectional qualifier and a two-time CIF state qualifier while wrestling for Coach Jan Schulz at Bret Harte High School.
As a senior, he completed with a 52-6 record and a 170-33 overall record after finishing second at the CIF State Championships.
