Andrew Reynolds was born on 6th June 1978. His parents were in the insurance industry. He started skating when he turned 9 and he used to practice in Florida Amateur Skateboard League. His mother used to support him and used take him to skating contests.

Andrew Reynolds moved to California to pursue his skating career. His influences were Chad Muska and Tom Penny. Reynolds joined Hawk’s new skate team Birdhouse. A professional skateboarder and Emerica team manager in 2007 said that he saw Reynolds as his competition after Reynolds joined Birdhouse. In 1998, he was in a Birdhouse video The End.
In 2000, Andrew Reynolds left Birdhouse and joined the Baker band. The company was named after a lifestyle in which a person gets naked and skateboards every day.
