Anne Wojcicki Early Life
On July 28, 1973, Anne Wojcicki was born in Palo Alto, California. Her mother is a Jewish writer and educator. Her father is an emeritus professor of physics at Stanford University. He formerly served as the department’s head. Susan and Janet are Anne’s older sisters. Susan is the CEO of YouTube, and Janet is an epidemiologist and anthropologist. Anne served as the editor of “The Oracle” newspaper at Gunn High School. She also wrote for the school newspaper and her stories about sports earned her a scholarship.
