Richard Clay Travis was born on the 6th of April, 1979. His parents gave him birth and raised him in Nashville, Tennessee. He attended Saint’s high school till his college studies, and in 1988 he enrolled at George Washington University for his law studies. Travis is a former law graduate from George and Law School of Vanderbilt University.
