In Newark, New Jersey, on January 27, 1973, Vincent Herbert was born. He attended Cambridge Christian School, where he served as a senior class president, and has a brother named Chris. Sure! from 1992, and produced and composed “Keep It Goin’ On” by Hi-Five (1992). In 1993, Vincent Herbert collaborated for the first time with his future sister-in-law Toni Braxton, producing, creating, mixing, and remixing songs for her self-titled album.
