Bill Maher is an American Comedian, Television host, Political Commentator, and an actor. He is well known for his HBO show named “Real Time” with Bill Maher. He started a podcast “Club Random” in 2022. He targets many topics such as religion, political correctness, and the mass media. His views on religion were the basis of the 2008 documentary “Religious.” He supports animal rights, he ranked 38th on Comedy Central’s 100 greatest stand-up comedians. In September he received a Hollywood Walk of Fame star and in 2014, he won Primetime Emmy Award for Vice as an executive producer.

Bill Maher’s Early life:
Mather’s father William Aloysius Maher Jr. was a news editor and radio announcer, and his mother Julie Maher was a nurse. He was raised according to his father’s Catholic religion.
Maher was raised in River Vale, New Jersey where he graduated from Pascack Hills High School in Montvale. After high school, he went to Cornell University and double-majored in English and history. He graduated in 1978.

He started his career as a comedian and actor. He was a host in New York City in a comedy club named “Catch a Rising Star”. He appeared in a show in 1982. His appearance on TV was limited.
