Judith Susan Scheindlin, aka Judge Judy, belongs to a Russian, German background, and her parents lastly resided in Ukraine before moving to America. Religiously she is a Jew born on the 21st of October, 1942, in NYC.
She was raised and lived in Brooklyn until his 20s and went to Madison High School, managed by Saint James, and then enrolled in Law School of New York for her law and Arts degree; however, in 1965, she graduated and was honored with a Juris Doctor Degree.
Professional Career
In 1965, Judge Judy started her professional life and was appointed by a Company; makers of cosmetic products. She got hired as their Corporate attorney, and it was her debut practice.
After two years, Judy quit her job, stepped back from her duty for several years, and resumed in 1972 by joining the Family Court. She worked consistently for a decade and was offered by the Mayor of New York as the Judge of their Bronx High Court.
By 1986, Judge Judy started receiving massive media recognition and appreciation from the public for her frontline representation processes for women on an international level. She has raised her voice for the rights of underprivileged and illiterate women.
