Marc Kinchen (born August 3, 1972), sometimes known by his initials MK, is a DJ, record producer, and remixer from the United States. With the singles “Always” and “Love Changes,” he reached number one on the Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart in the United States in 1993 and 1994. Alana Simon sang lead vocals on each of the tunes (songs were credited to MK featuring Alana).

Kinchen went to Los Angeles in 2001 and began working with Denise Martell, who introduced Kinchen to David Foster.
Kinchen began working as an in-house producer for actor and musician Will Smith in 2002. Kinchen later worked on Shark’s Tale, produced one of Will Smith’s albums, and composed the soundtrack for Smith’s TV program All of Us. Marc Kinchen, along with his production partner and another half of Stoopid Robots, Omarr Rambert, is also producing for Willow and Jaden Smith.
Pitbull and Kinchen worked together on many projects. Pitbull and Kinchen worked together as producers on three songs on the latter’s Armando album (2010), two tracks from the Planet Pit album (2011), with the Men in Black 3 theme tune.
Kinchen also collaborated with Blinded on songs in March 2014. The next year, British DJ Route 94 remixed Kinchen’s hit “Always,” which peaked at number 12 on the UK Singles Chart.
