Leonard Bosack was born in Pennsylvania, U.S in 1952 year. He belongs to a Catholic family. Leonard Bosack got his early education from La Selle College which is a high school. After completing his studies at La Selle High school he got admission to the University of Pennsylvania School of Engineering and Applied science and graduated from there in 1973.
After graduating from the university, he started working as a hardware engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation. After working for five years as a hardware engineer, he got admission to Computer Science at Standford University in 1981. He was the support engineer for one of the major projects of Standford University.
