Former American professional football quarterback Jon Steven Young better known as Steve Young spent 15 seasons, principally with the San Francisco 49ers, in the National Football League (NFL). Young won the Super Bowl XXIX MVP award after leading the 49ers to a victory over the San Diego Chargers. He was awarded the AP’s NFL Most Valuable Player in 1992 and 1994.
